Having ventured from the Mediterranean late 2007, Amoha first arrived in Phuket in January 2008, minor refit work was undertaken before a cruising period began throughout South East Asia and beyond . Earlier in 2009 enquiries were made by the vessel for a complete re spray, Yacht Solutions and the paint crew flew to the vessel to inspect and compile a quotation for the vessel’s consideration. Once all aspects of the job were agreed preparations began. Amoha, a 40m Benetti, returned to Phuket in early Sept 2009 for a four month refit on the hard where the following jobs were completed:
- Complete exterior re spray using Awlgrip Paint System
- Steel work
- Stainless steel work
- Canvas work
- Machinery servicing
- Air conditioning work
- Exterior woodwork
- Electronics servicing
- Antifouling & Anode replacement
- ABS Survey Repairs on hull
- Various engineering works
